Does Sentinel install security systems in both large and small businesses?

No job is too big or too small for Sentinel Security Systems! We install Security Systems for small retail stores and small offices, such as accounting offices, doctor’s offices, dentist offices, sales offices or simply securing a portion of a larger complex. We also install security for large industrial, commercial buildings and provide security for complexes with 500,000 square feet and more.

We provide Security Alarm Protection with Intrusion Detection Systems, Access Control Systems (including card, proximity, and thumb print and keypad readers), Video Cameras, Remote Video Monitoring, Internet Monitoring, Cellular Backup Monitoring, Video Cash Register Transaction Recording and Surveillance, Fire Alarm Design, Installation, Testing and Inspection Services.

 

Do you install both home and business systems?

Yes. We are a full service Installation, Service and Monitoring Company offering systems for all types of structures.

Who does your System Monitoring?

Sentinel Security Systems owns and operates a Central Monitoring Station which is exclusively dedicated to monitoring and responding to Security, Fire and Medical Alarms. We maintain a state-of-the-art facility equipped to handle systems with redundancy options.

When you call our monitoring center, you will talk to a Sentinel Representative. While many alarm providers use 3rd party answering services, Sentinel does not subcontract your monitoring. Call us any time, day or night, we’ll be there — ready to serve you.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. Since every customer’s needs are different, our Account Managers take the time to visit with you at the site to provide you with a specific security plan and free estimate.

How do I know what type of equipment I will need?

Our experienced Account Managers can meet with you to determine the appropriate equipment to meet your needs, depending on your wishes as well as city and states codes dictating required Alarm Equipment for your facility.

Why should I buy an Alarm System?

Alarm Systems are an effective tool when used in conjunction with other crime prevention measures. They are a visual as well as an actual deterrent. Independent studies indicate that premises with an Alarm System are many times less likely to be burglarized than premises without.

If the power goes out, does my system still work?

Yes, your system will continue to work on a battery backup (length of backup time will vary by panel type)
